How It All Started

Ali and Maia first met at a workout class around 2019, and somewhere between workouts, craft nights with friends, and endless conversations about creative business ideas, a friendship—and eventually a business partnership—began to take shape. Ali being an artist and a teacher and Maia being an artist and a product designer, we had a lot of ideas floating around.

We were always dreaming up things we could create together, but life was busy. Work, kids, and all the responsibilities in between kept those ideas on the back burner.

In her spare time, Maia started designing colorful yard signs with important messages to raise money for different nonprofits. Around that same time, Ali shared an idea: What if we created celebratory rental yard signs that were actually artistic, colorful, and fun—not just the same old clip art?

We both loved the idea.

Then, as life tends to do, work and kids pulled us back in, and the idea went back on the shelf.

Until 2026.

We decided maybe this was the moment to finally take the leap. Not all at once, and not without a little fear—but one step at a time.

And that's how this little idea between two friends became our new creative business.

We're creating signs that feel joyful, creative, personal, and a little more special than the ordinary. And honestly, this is just the beginning. We have a lot more ideas we can't wait to bring to life.
